How to Order

You can click the linktree in the "Let's join us" form to find a link to the marketplace, or contact the retail/wholesale admin via WhatsApp. If you want to order our proprietary products, they're available on the marketplace. Custom products can be ordered through the retail admin. If you want to order in bulk, you can go to the wholesaler.

Chat directly with the admin about the product you want and explain the details. The admin will respond by sending a form with your name, address, and the desired product. After that, the admin will inform you of the price and unvoice.

An invoice is provided, and production begins upon payment. If a down payment is required, a down payment is required. Once the item is finished, the customer will be notified by attaching a "product photo," and the item will be shipped upon full payment.

For custom products, we will inform you later whether the material is ready or not. If the material needs to be restocked, it will take 3 days or more and further information will be provided regarding the production. Free consultations are free of charge.

After the payment process is completed. The goods will be sent to the address informed. We will pack the goods safely. The delivery receipt will be inform the next day.
